My CC was charged but my subscription is not renewed yet?!

Hi,

I have renewed my license for another year on 20th December 2012 but my subscription status has not changed yet, nor I have received any confirmation email. My credit card has been charged USD 39.99. Norton officials can you please respond to me asap.

Have you checked your spam or junk mail folderes? The response is usually computer generated and almost immediately after payment is made

Did you purchase a renewal or a new copy of your product?

 

If you renewed, you should click on Support - Subscription Status to sync your computer with the Symantec subscription servers.

 

If you purchased a new product (going by the price you quoted this seems to be more likely), you will need to find the comfirmation email. As Dick suggested, you need to check your spam folder or contact Support. When you find that, you will need to enter the key manually. Click on renew on the main program interface, then look for the link for I have a key or code. If you do this, wait until you have only one or two days remaining on your subscription or you will lose any remaining time.
