I would like to point out one thing where my child can work on the pc even after the restricted time. what happens is that he continuously logs in even after getting the restricted timeout error, and after 25 attempts or so there are more restriction. Please ask your dev team to look into this issue.
Another issue is that I can login into my Norton premium family via a website, but when i login from the icon which appears at the bottom right hand corner i get an error message that the server is down or login failed.
Please ask someone to look into this issue.
One more suggestion is that if I have choose that the user should be blocked after the restricted time then Norton premier should logoff the user after a single warning rather than keep on displaying the warning as many time.
