So after a recent Symantec Antivirus update for our customers, Symantenc Antivirus now lists one of our scripts as a Trojan and deletes it from customers' PCs, ruining the functionality of our product, not to mention our reputation.
Can Symantec add our software to a whitelist so that our customers will feel safe with our product and keep us from having to spend countless hours working on a fix? As more and more customers receive this update we are having more and more problems from them.
