My daughter hits her time limit, but is still able to listen music via a playlist?

Norton successfully logs her out, but she's set up a playlist in the background and listens to that for as long as she wants to...? Is there anywat to stop this?

(Windows 7)

I'd written it in brackets under message, Windows 7 x64

thanks, Jamie

Hi tofu68,

Thanks for the information.  Norton Family blocks internet access when time restrictions have been reached, not applications.  I'll report this to the team.

Thanks,

Katie

By logging my daughter off at the alloted time, Norton is technically blocking access to applications, just not the audio of said apps.

There seems to be ample warning that time is running out... it makes sense to automatically shut down the pc, or at least have the option to?

thanks, jamie
