Issue abstract:
I have Norton 360 on 4 devices. 2 PCs and 2 phones but My devices is incorrectly and differently listed on each device.
Detailed description:
On my main PC on the website it says I have 3 devices protected in my list of devices, with details of the devices (one is missing), whereas on the homepage on the PC it says I have 4 devices protected. It also says 4 devices on My Subscriptions. In the Norton app on the same PC it says in different places it says that I have 2 or 4 devices protected!! All devices have been updated to my latest subscription dated 10/01/2025.
On my phones it says I have 4 devices protected.
What the heck is going on? It’s not a good look for security software.
