My Docs Picture and Music Sub Folders are "Shortcuts"

2) Page 80  Ghost 14 Manual States:Note: On all versions of Windows, except for Windows Vista, the MyDocuments folder contains two subfolders by default: My Pictures and MyMusic. These folders contain only the shortcuts to folders at another locationand not the actual files. This might lead you to think that by including MyDocuments and all subfolders in your backup, your picture and music fileswill get backed up. If you intend to back up your pictures and music files, be sure to include theactual folders where your files are stored. On Windows Vista, these folders

exist at the same level as Documents (formerly, My Documents).”

 No info for where to find these locations was provided for XP. Do I assume correctly that I need to specify this path (This Path:  C:\Documents and Settings\owner\my Documents\myfiles) as a separate entry on the  “Select Files and Folders” Screen of the  Define Backup Wizard if I want  to back up all of the photo files found in  the  …\mydocuments<SPAN>My Pictures folder?  The item  quoted above from  the user manual seems to  be inconsistent with the presence of a “My Documents “ folder option that can be checked in the Define Backup Wizard. In the alternative is it sufficient just to click the boxes for My Pictures and My videos in the  “Select Files and Folders to Backup” window in the Define Backup Wizard?  

Can I safely assume that  all sub folders listed in the c:<SPAN>Documents and Settings<SPAN> Folder are the true locations of the data and not just aliases for other locations?
