My father noticed that there was a charge for $58.55 but it was a scam

This morning my father noticed that on his bank site there was a charge for $ 58.55 on his debit account the name of that charge was PROG GARDEN ST so I searched for that name and found that a business scammed my dad, it is called a Scam Charge. That charge Comes from the country Turkmenistan. 60 people reported the same or something similar on there accounts to, Could you please check it and worn other people.
