My files are not syncing properly, please help

Just started on the ZONE, I need to solve a problem. I am using spread sheets at work and I enter data with my laptop. When I get home I need to revue the data but I want to do that on my desktop, (larger screen). First the files did not sync to the desktop with the data, the data was entered yesterday, but the laptop was not on just plugged in for charging. I checked the forum for answers, then I checking the folders again I find that the files did sync, but renamed them with  (_1). Now I have two files of each in the Norton Zone Folder.

 

Can I correct that?    Thank you for your help.

Thank you, like Isaid, I just started, will work with Nortons Zone and learn to use it properly. If I need help, I will post it here.
