My Identity Safe and Norton Toolbar are missing

I am currently runnning IE-9 on Windows Vista 32-bit.  My Norton Toolbox has disappeared and my Identity Safe has stopped working too.  I have tried restarting IE-9.  I have also tried disabling and the re-enabling all the Norton items on Add-Ons Manager.  And I have tried rebooting my computer.  How do I get my Norton Toolbar and Identity Safe back?

By the way, I meant to say that my problem fixed itself, with a simple restart of my pc.

1) Can you please provide me the version of N360 you have installed. You can get the version number from

("Support"->"About"). Verison Number  will look somthing like this 18-6-0-29.

 

Please try this scenarios and check whether Norton ToolBar is working for you.

 

1) Open "IE9" and Right Click on the "Menu Bar" and check whether "Norton ToolBar" is found "Enabled" (A tick mark should be displayed near Norton ToolBar).
