My Installed Norton programs status is inconsistant

I have installed and been successfully using Norton Utilities Ultimate and AntiTrack for several months. The problem is in my account information. Both are listed as "Active" under "My Subscriptions", but under "Your Programs", AntiTrack states setup required and it wants me to download Utilities Ultimate. There is another area, which I can't locate again, that states that 0 of 10 Utilities Ultimate licenses used. This is probably more of a question for a Norton moderator. (Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, OS Build 19045.3086)
