Hello Norton,
I should come back to inform you that my NIS 2013 still in version 20.1.0.24 and got THE HORIZONTAL BLACK LINE in user interface and I cannot login to Family Safety through NIS MENU.
This problem occure after reinstall the NIS, please tell us what's wrong with NIS 2013.
Awaiting the perfect result.....
