My licence is valid, but LiveUpdate tell’s me that it won’t run because my licence is expired on Windows 10!

Issue abstract: My licence is valid, but LiveUpdate tell’s me that it won’t run because my licence is expired on Windows 10!!

Detailed description: I just open a computer that I don’t use offen. I updated Windows 10, and tried to update Norton… but I get a message licence expired while on my other hardware everithing work’s.

If you have not connected to the internet on a given system, Norton needs to connect to the subscription servers to validate your activation.

Open the classic 360 interface by right clicking on the Norton icon in the system tray and click on Open Norton 360. Then click on Settings > Subscription Status on the right side of that window. That will sync your system with the Norton subscription servers.

Thank you for your answer Peterweb. When I do what you describe the system ask me my credit card and show me a bill… and my subscription end’s 2024-11-01…
Usually Norton charge me on my credit card… they have everithing they need to proceed when the time comes… whith all the hackers online… why block me on this computer and create more risk by asking my credit card info…
