My Live Update Won't Work

I have the 2008 version of Norton Personal Fireworks I renewed just last week but now I get a message everytime I update which is LU1865

 

What how why?

 

Can someone tell me how to fix this please?

Is this all one word?

 

Regsvr32wintrust.dll

 

Or is it like  Regsvr32 wintrust.dll

OK done that it said it succeeded now what?

Now run liveupdate and check working or not?
