the "At Risk" alert you are seeing in My Network is a "bug" that appeared after a recent update and like you say you have seen many others reporting that they too have this alert showing.
As far as I know there has still be no mention of a patch or fix for this ........ hurry up Norton!!
As a temporary solution if you want to check that the alert will actually turn to "green/secure" and that your pc is actually ok, one member suggests that you go into Settings/Firewall/Intrusion Prevention tab along the top, uncheck "Turn on Intrusion Prevention", wait a moment and turn it back on ..... now check your status and the red At Risk should now show your pc as secure.
I too have this problem and getting annoyed that it still hasn't been dealt with !!
