My norton 360 icon disappears from my notification area

My norton 360 icon disappears from my notification area every so often.  I do see ccsvchost in task manager  Can you tell me why this is happening?

Is ccsvchost a Symantec services framework, you should see this to the right hand side of ccsvchost if so it means your Norton product is working and protecting the computer.  Other people have reported it please check the link below and try the suggestions.  If you have any further questions please repost with what you have tried.
