My Norton 360 is preventing printer sharing

My Norton 360 is preventing printer sharing. My desktop cannot ping my laptops or vice-versa unless I turn Norton360 off.

 

The machines are all Vista, in the same workgroup and set to private network with printer sharing on and password protection set off.

 

How do I tell theNorton 360 , which is installed on all 3 machines that printer sharing is OK?

 

This is my first blog here. Any help would be welcome as this is driving me mad.
