My Norton 360 Premier updated this week with the latest version and now it will not do Live update,

After the update to my Norton 360 Premier Live update will not run, when I run Live update manually I get the message unable to run Erro 8921,252 so I do the Norton Autofix and then it will run but the next time it should be downloading updates it will not, why? I haven't changed anything with my system or my ISP. Am I missing something or did I miss a setting? Here's a shot of what it says above after I run the Autofix. It says it fixes the proxy settings yet it will do an update without my intervention. I have checked auto updates settings and everything is ok to run but will not.  Pulse streaming seems to be working as well, only when I have shut computer down and restart next day that it will not auto update. Thanks for any help.

I can’t find anything about Error 8921, 252 in the Norton search box but Error 8921, 251 is on the link below if the first page fails to sort it out there’s a, what if this didn’t work link at the bottom of the page.

Hi, Chettera. If you don't use a proxy server, then you can skip the steps shown. You may have had a corrupted update, and it might be worth running the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool, to give you a clean install.

 

Run Live Updates after, until no more are found. The link is below
