My Norton Account is Stolen.
Yes I should have had a strong password and this account is so old it go back to NIS 2002 - 2005 versions.
So what happen yesterday is someone login as me with my userID and Passowrd which was stolen via a virus/malware
They then changed the password
Then they changed the userID
Now I cannot manage my Norton Products and Subscriptions
All I wanted Customer Support to do would be to reset the password/userID
so I have control of my account back , now I have to setup a new account with VIP pin and SMS backup and transfer the products when the renew date has ended. (no auto renewal)

I have emails of orders and renewals done on that norton account , with various keys which should be enough to prove that I own it but no comment about it ...
If this is how live support is like then I might just leave and switch to a different company for my secuirty. I will not name names or provide any information like ID's and Passwords in a public forum
The customer support from VirginMedia in the UK is even better than this
