I renewed my subscription with Norton months ago, yet I am forever getting notification that it has expired. Please can you stop sending these alarming notifications and recognise that my current subscription is valid.
Those popups should stop after about 30 days after the expiry of the subscription they are warning about.
They are from pop ups, yes I changed the account because the previous year I had been charged a 3 figure sum for 10 devices and I only have 3, 2 of those have their own built in protection. My new account is now £29.99. Is it possible to stop these pop ups please?
Are the notifications from emails, or pop ups?
If emails, check the sender's email address against this information. Is this email from Norton legitimate?
Did you auto renew your old subscription or did you purchase a new subscription?
If you did purchase a new subscription then the expired notices are those concerning your old subscription.
Open your Norton product and click on Help > Subscription Status. That should sync your product with the Norton subscription servers.
