My Norton Account

Hi, I just bought Norton 360 again, but I forgot the password to my account. I did a password reset AFTER I bought the product. Now when I go into my account, it says I don't have ANY products. I downloaded a trial version of Norton 360 and used the Key that was in my e-mail to activate it, so that I at least have the product that I paid for. I don't know how I can get my account back in working order, showing the product that I just bought.
