my.norton device question

Hi. I purchased Norton Small Business security for 10 devices.

Chose this as have multiple laptops and ipads to cover at work.

Have created a my.norton account and have renamed all devices which i can see within the my.norton account.  

Question is:  the ipads i see via my.norton account state that i am not protected as trial has ended. But when i go to the ipad it states i have over 300 days left on my subscription.  And this is not all the time.  I have logged in once and everything in my.norton was perfect, but more times than not, it is in error.

Any clues?

is it an ipad thing, a my.norton thing, a my error thing. Any thing appreciated.
