Hello Joseph. One of the error codes, 80072ee7, is regarding Windows activation. The error 80047ec6, is related to Windows updates having issues. In an older thread we addressed SIMILAR issues with Windows 7 here:
Is your Windows install version 22H2 build 19045.5011 and are you logging in with admin privileges? If so follow the general steps in the older post for possible fixes.
Edited: If you already have any version of Norton installed such as a pre-installed OEM version remove it before trying to install Norton again.
