My Norton home page says internal error

I am running Windows 10, Google Chrome, and Norton 360 version 22.22.1.58 My subscription IS active until December 2022. I have done an uninstall and reinstall (NRnR) three times. No success. My Norton window is blank.

[Edit: Clarified Subject]

I called Norton Support. The agent "took over" my computer virtually and fixed the problem. All is well. Thank you.

Is the phone support connected to a real person?

Chat & Phone has been "real person"... for me.

I did contact Norton Support (chat line). A got a virtual person that recommended to uninstall and reinstall Norton 360. I have done that many times to no avail. Nothing has changed.

Is the phone support connected to a real person?

Please try Open Norton 360 (red) -- or -- Norton 360 (red).
Settings (green - below the bar) calls Open My Norton (green - above the bar) Settings.

I do have my N360 set to Classic View and it does not make a difference. I do not have a link to "Administrative Settings." I only have a link to "Settings."

When I click settings, I get the window below...

If you are not seeing the My Norton screen populating, you can get to the classic interface by right clicking on the Norton icon in the system tray and clicking on Open Norton 360. Then click on Settings > Administrative Settings.

Open My Norton for My Norton window
Open Norton 360 for Classic window

Open Norton 360 -> Settings -> Administrative Settings

I have never seen that screen. How do you get there? My Norton 360 screen is blank.

When I click "Settings" the screen shot below shows what I get.
