My Norton online backup has not worked for a week. Says in red, "computer not online."

I had my computer worked on about 2 wks ago because I had  a malfunction. Had not thought to ck my online backup until tonight. Now I see a message that my computer is not online; no backup since Feb25. I looked at some suggestions in forum. Went back in, added computer; rebooted, but message still there and nothing happening. Any suggestions? Help please.

My Norton Online Backup is not working. My 360 works fine.

 

I was getting an error message that I couldn't get rid of, so my tech ran some malware and virus programs and cleaned it up. Nothing new was added. All programs still work fine, EXCEPT my online backup.  Red note says computer if offline.

Is there an error code number given with the red note? Can you post a screenshot of error message?  Instructions to post screenshots can be found here
