Hi all,
I have re-paid my norton license only 1 month ago (which I know is just for update patches), I recently downloaded the new version for 2012 and instead of having a full year of access which is normal, it states that I only have 50-60 days left???? How can this be when I have already paid for it? I downloaded the new version because my system was extremely slow on the internet, despite that I disabled all of the auto-update features and set them to manual update when I have the time each week. I simply can not afford to pay for a whole new program again and shouldnt need to if I have already paid for the updating of my licsence.
Please clarify.
