My Norton Utilities acccount is all of a sudden asking for Name, email id and activation code.

Hi,

 

My Norton Utilities acccount is all of a sudden asking for Name, email id and activation code.

 

First time I entered the details with the product key, it accepted the details. After that it asked me for the same info again and now it says that activation key is wrong and I am not able to access Norton Utilities.

 

Please check and let me know how to get rid of this problem.
