I have Windows 7 and Norton Internet Security 2013. The icon is on my desktop. When I try to open Norton to check my settings, etc. nothing happens. No error message, no anything. It just doesn't open!!! I do think it's working as I get Norton messages occasionally, just can't get to my settings, etc.
Please help....this is driving me crazy.
