My order says its closed and I still only have 2 days left on my subscription even though I just bought the renewal through Symatec. I am frustrated and just want to have it up and working and registered.

 

Did you receive a 25 character/digit Product Key when you get your confirmation email? If yes, you can try to activate the Norton product using the key. Here are the steps:

 

  • Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.

  • Start Norton 360.

  • On the bottom-right corner of the Norton product window, click Renew.

  • Type in your Product Key.

  • Click Next.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

  • When finished, review your subscription details, and then click Done.

If you have received a renewal code (I think it would be a 19 character/digit code, I am not sure though), you can follow the same steps to enter the renewal code get the subscription days.
