My programme update keeps getting quarantined and cant be restored. Its costing me money

I am tryjng to download an update to the music notation programme Sibelius. The downloads go into Quarantine even though they are from an established company AVID and I have scanned the exe files and there are no viruses. I dont have the option to restore as it keeps saying “Oops the file has been removed”.

Help.

I am on a deadline and this is costing me money.

I am using Norton BT Cyber Threat Protect.

Peter if you still have the exe files submit them here for a review. I would begin with these steps before trying to exclude anything from download detections.
