Having just renewed multiple devices onto a new key, I now see My Devices is wrong as it shows one of them as Not Protected though it's fine on that device itself and My Services is correct for all.
It seems to happen every time we renew (like, over many years now) and My Devices is often a load of nonsense c.f. My Services. Are Norton ever going to fix this bug?
