My tool bar is missing after resetting Internet Explorer

Can someone tell me how to put back the missing tool bar from N360v4? I had to reset Internet Explorer. The next thing I knew after closing and opening internet explorer, Norton's tool bar was gone.

 

If I go to I.E. tool under View, toolbars, Norton is selected. However, there are no features on the tool bar.

 

How do I get the default tool bar to reappear?

Hi Jeff,

 

In IE8, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons.  Under "Symantec Corporation" be sure the following are Enabled:

 

Norton Toolbar

Symantec NCO BHO

Symantec Intrusion Prevention

 

You will then have to close IE8 and reopen it for the changes to take effect.
