hi all new to this so try to bare with me but i need some help or advice
my subscription ran out a month ago so i downloaded the trial version norton 2012 ,Liked the product so went out and bought it,thats where my problem starts uninstalled the trial reinstalled my new version ever since it has not worked properly ,It has been looked at by norton 10 times then i was passed on to a case manager who i asked to call me after 6 sunday when i will be in he called at 2 whats the point ,any way my product has not worked since i got it ,they did get identiy safe working but thats now stoped as for antispam have not seen that work at all yet im running out of patience what should i do
