Situation:
I log into Identify Safe, browse around the internet, go on to do other things on the computer, go back into the browser and my Identify Safe has closed.
Sometimes I can just log in to Identify Safe again, and sometimes I have to reboot.
I have Norton 360 and I have made sure that Live Update is up to date
We have run the Power Eraser and came back clean. We have also used the removal tool and then reinstalled Norton 360 – the problem still exists.
This happens on a Windows 7 64-Bit machine with both IE 10 and Firefox 19.0.2. It also happens on a Windows 8 machine with IE 10. Both computers are up-to-date with Windows update.
