Hi - I work at a small business in the UK, and a section of our website keeps triggering the Safe Web virus warning and blocking access. On each occasion the support team escalates it to level two and tell us it could take 48 hours to fix. The problem is eventually fixed, often after longer than 48 hours. But there is no explanation as to what triggered the warning. Then a few weeks later it happens again. It has happened probably six or seven times now. Is there a way of escalating the problem more quickly and resolving it once and for all?
