Hello--During a lengthy support call yesterday, we had to uninstall/reinstall Norton 360 for Mac (iMac running Big Sur 11.5)--in doing so, I was updated to version 8.6.6. The reinstall fixed the original problem. However, in the MyNorton Home Screen, the two Lifelock features (ID Theft and Credit Score) now have yellow "Enroll Now" buttons next to them. When clicked, I am prompted to sign into my account. Once there, I see a message that I am already enrolled. So I can access these features, but am confused as to why the home screen seems to "think" that I am not enrolled. Is this normal, or is it a problem? If so, can it be fixed? Thanks for any help/advice!
