Dear Norton Tech Support,

 

This is concerning the mynortonaccount which is part of Norton Internet Security 2010 (version 17.1.0.19) that is installed on my pc:

  

With all internet explorer add-ons disabled, whenever I try to load the sites:
http://www.mynortonaccount.com/ or

https://www.mynortonaccount.com/

 

I get the message:  Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

 

About my pc:

Operating System:  Windows Vista Ultimate w/ Service Pack 2 installed.

Browser: Windows Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18865

Windows Firewall: off

 

Please help.
