Hello. Tonight, me and my brother noticed something odd on Windows Media Player on my brother’s profile. Under the “Playlist” tab, there was a mysterious entry that was just a jumble of numbers. We could not access it, so we deleted it. My brother thought it could’ve been the result if an unsuccessful save of a playlist, but I’m not sure.
Then later, when we looked deeper into the “Playlist” area of WMP, we found an unnamed file, one we cannot delete. It doesn’t even look like a file. If you view the results as “list”, it’s like it disappears. I tried scanning WMP with Norton, but it could not find any viruses.
Is there a serious problem here? Thanks.
