I Turned On Block All System Traffic. I then preceeded to Turn Off this Feature and, upon doing so, Re-freshed the Web Page I was on; it took about 30seconds to fully Load Up. And, when I Clicked on New Message on the Norton Forums to Report this Issue, it took about two minutes to fully Load Up. There is also a lagging when I Click on another item on the Task Bar, e.g. a Microsoft Word Document. I had a similar Issue with Block All Network Traffic, which has been Fixed, but now this is now an Issue.
