i have the 360 from Comcast..... win7 64bit, why does my systray have two 360 launcher icons? both launch the same thing.

This is a known problem with Norton and Norton are aware of it and I’m pretty sure they’re working on a fix.

As AudiA1 said, the double icon in the system tray is a known problem.

 

Yo can usually rectified thsi by a reboot. and perhaps setting you Boot Time Protection to Aggressive:

 

Settings > Antvirus > Automatic Protetion Tab > Boot Time Protection to Aggressive > Apply.
