N360 recently updated itself to 21.5.0.19. Over the last week I noticed my Spotify app would not connect to the net. Spotify said to unistall the app and reinstall it. But during the reinstall, I was told "A firewall may be blocking Spotify". When I opened N360 to check the firewall settings for Spotify, I noticed there were no rules visible. I couldn't add any rules, and when I tried to do a search, I got no response. I even reset the firewall to see if that helped, but it didn't.
I then did a search on this site for similar issues with N360 and found one that said after uninstalling and reinstalling N360, the problem was fixed. So I uninstalled and reinstalled N360 keeping the default settings. I went back to the program rules tab to see if the error was resolved and noticed that it wasnt. The Program rules were still not displayed.
Can someone at Symantec please explain what is going on ? Ive never had an issue with N360 until now.....
