I had N360 21 installed. Two days ago it automatically updated to 22.5.0.124 requiring a reboot. The system would not reboot - BSOD STOP 0x000000000000007B
Windows automatic repair did not work. Could not boot to any "F8" Safe Modes. I had to boot to the repair command line and copy c:\windows\system32\config\RegBack to c:\windows\system32\config
Now the system booted but I had to uninstall N360 using the Norton Removal tool (the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool did not work) and reinstall N360 from scratch.
It took me a long time to get the system back up to where it was before the crash.
Now N360 is claiming a lot of false positives (PUA.Gen.3, Suspicious.Cloud.9, etc.) which I have told it to ignore.
