Hello. This morning, both Norton 360 and our internet connection stopped working. when I tried to see if N360 would work, I just got a message that said "Exporer.exe" has stopped responding".
So, I restarted the computer and N360 and the internet are working again. I checked "get support" and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with N360. I checked out event viewer and there were multiple entries of Event 7011, saying "A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the N360 service." Does this sound like something potentially serious or does it seem to be a minor hiccup? Thanks
