Would someone help me and soon please? My memory is almost gone on PC. This seems to have happened overnight. Last backup was on 1/31/14 according to folder on C drive. Yes, C drive. I was ignorant that backup was going there or being done at all through Norton. I had done windows backup to DVD's and thought it was done months ago. I have put off doing it again to external hard drive or more DVD's. Alas, I get warning of low disk space and need to delete programs. I look on C drive and it is huge N360 backup taking up all the space. Going into Norton, I found I cannot delete any individual files because this is ONE file totaling 1.35 TB! This has to be an error of the system that it has backed up over and over the backups over time or something. I can barely open anything on my pc. Would someone please tell me what I can do to correct this, get these backup files off. I read in the forum of a similar problem but not sure if the solution would be the same.
