N360_Backup File is 0 Bytes(And other issues)?

I've seen this problem going around for a long time, and yet I still can't seem to find a solution that works for me.  Currently, out of approximately 232 GBs of space free, I have only 5 GB total.  I did a quick bit of digging and found that the culprit was my N360_BACKUP folder on /:C at a whopping 130 GBs.  ...Except when I tried to go delete it(I have my files backed up on an external hard drive), it's listed as 0 Bytes, and impossible to delete.  I'm at my wits end here, frankly.  I've tried doing all sorts of Google searching and done everything I can with the Backup Settings on Norton, and yet nothing seems to be working.

Does anybody have a possible solution for me?  I'd rather not have to do some form of factory reset on my computer.
