I have had N360 since it came out. I believe all levels of N360 offered automatic backups. I just switched to Norton Security Deluxe since N360 is no longer sold and will eventually be phased out. I was very disappointed to discover that only Security Premier does backups. With Security Deluxe I can't even backup up files from 1 hard drive to another hard drive. Premiere has a bunch of things I don't need or want. I also don't need to put it on 10 computers. It looks like if I just want a basic antivirus program on 1 computer with automatic backups I should have stuck with N360. Security Premier is twice the cost and doesn't give me anything new that I want. Seems like a business decision to take advantage of customers.
It would be interesting to see if someone from Norton responds to this.
