N360 Online Backup is Slow

I am running Windows 10. I disabled fast boot, checked for new version, ran Live Update, and ran Norton Autofix (no issues found) but online backup is still slow.

At the request of Norton support, I uploaded a log file generated by NortonSymHelp.exe five days ago, but have heard nothing more from them as yet.

Hello Steve23 Could you please validate the version of your Norton product from within your dashboard? Also what OS you are running as well. In the event you are running Windows 10 (any version) disable "fast boot" and reboot your device. Run live update again just to ensure you have the latest. While you are in your settings dashboard look to the left of the main screen and find the word "Get Support". Click this and a tool will run to check your install for issues and correct them if found. Re-check your issues. Thanks in advance.

It has now been over a month since I posted here, and despite having a ticket raised, it remains unresolved. Action on the ticket only seems possible through the direct intervention of one Norton employee whose availability seems to be sporadic.

It also seems strange to me that no one from Norton has responded to this post.

I have come to the conclusion that Norton Support is atrocious.

Will someone from Norton please deal with this? You can start by looking at my page at https://nobu.backup.com/ which, as I mentioned in my original post, is blank. I suspect this has something to do with my problem.

After taking more than an hour to update a few megabytes worth of files, I received the message "Backup server is busy. Please try again later." (see attachment). The progress meter never went beyond 0%.
