N360 Online Backup not connecting

After installing Norton 360 Multi-Device, the backup is no longer working.  I've previously used N360 Premier and had no problem with backups.  Now I get a repeated "We are unable to proceed with Norton account at this time...Please try again later." and "Unable to set up Online Backup...setting up your online backup could not be completed at this time...please retry later".
