I just enabled the last of the 3 PCs on my version. When I go to backup.com there are several computers with what I think are outdated backup sets. However, I'm not able to restore them, nor am I able to purge files or remove computers.
I need to clean up some space, but I can't determine how to clean up the sets.

Yogesh,
I think what Tim is saying and I'm in the same situation, is that we have cleared out all the backup sets we can through Norton 360 and yet there are still old backup sets that can't be purged.
I have disabled my online backup, deleted all the backup sets from the 2 computers I have on the account and yet there is about a 4 gig difference between what's available and max size.
Better contact the Symantec Customer Service through Online Chat, here is the link:

They can remotely connect to your computer, diagnose the problem and fix it for you.
