Another year on, new machine and hard drives and still N360 is a JOKE!
1. Backups to secure on-line storage run but for some reason are not visible at https://nobu.backup.com/session/new but the space is used
2. Backup sets can't be deleted either via the N360 interface or going directly to the Norton Online drive visible in Explorer
3. Successful backups to secure on-line storage fail when you run them again with updated files.
No one solved this last time and L2 / 3 are silent despite taking all the logs etc.
The only part that works reliably is taking your money for a service that does not deliver.
Perhaps someone will have a solution and will reply or Symantec will add value and fix........ Let's see!
