I restored using N360 but cannot restore emails. I know this is a pst problem but so far no one (including Norton Chat) has been able to help. From reading previous discussion it seems there is a fix which Adam Schepis (Symantec employee) has sent to other people with the same problem. Can anyone help please?
If you have the good (no corruption) PST file, install Microsoft's PST backup plug-in for Outlook, and after the install from the file -> backup menu you can open the pst, and save (just drag and drop from one "folder" to the another) them to the actual used pst file.
